传闻 Apple 新版 Apple Watch 将支持 LTE 网络

已经发展到二代目的 Apple Watch，相信已有不少用家。而最近便有报道指出，Apple 有意在今年稍后的发布会上，带来支持 LTE 网络的 Apple Watch，并且更会有新设计，这将会是 Apple Watch 首次外部出现变化。

Apple Inc. is planning to release a version of its smartwatch later this year that can connect directly to cellular networks, a move designed to reduce the device’s reliance on the iPhone, people familiar with the matter said.

目前 Apple Watch 只属于辅助角色，仍然需要透过 iPhone 去作指令及处理。据 Bloomberg 表示 Apple 正积极与电讯商合作，去支持 LTE 版本的 Apple Watch，但指出并不是所有和 iPhone 合作的营运商会在新 iPhone 推出时同时支援 LTE Apple Watch，当中 AT&T、Verizon 及 T-Mobile 已有这样的计划。另外报告亦提到 LTE Apple Watch 或许只是本年发布，但真出推出的日期将会是明年，届时配合 WatchOS 4 的软件更新便能令 Apple Watch 可以独立使用再不需要依赖 iPhone。
